3-Day First Aid at Work

It is a requirement of Health & Safety law that employers should ensure the health and safety and welfare of their employees and the public. Employees must also provide adequate personnel, training and equipment to render first aid to their employees.

This qualification covers the 3 day First Aid at Work course.

All successful students will be issued with a new First Aid at Work Certificate which lasts for a period of 3 years, along with a wallet-sized plastic card detailing their qualifications

Pre–requisites
There are no pre-requisites for this qualification. It is advised that candidates have a
minimum of Level 1 in literacy or numeracy or equivalent.

  Managing a Casualty who is in Shock
  Managing a Casualty with a Minor Injury
  Administer First Aid for a range of conditions
  Managing a Casualty for a range of major illnesses
