Neil was a senior NCO with the British Army for 14 years with worldwide operational experience of covert and tactical intelligence gathering missions. During this period Neil also served on active service Worldwide.

Since leaving the military he has spent 16 years serving with the Home Office at one of the highest levels as a National Certificated Instructor, training the Police, Prison, Immigration, and Customs & Excise along with Foreign Government bodies in all aspects of law enforcement. Neil has also been responsible as a serious incident commander and advisor for the Home Office for live incidents on a National basis, as well as providing the dedicated role of On Scene Bronze & Silver commander.

Neil is a co founder of Elite Academy of Security Training & Elite Bodyguard Limited, he is a national acclaimed security related training and protection consultant, Neil is a well-known face worldwide, delivering training and lecturing to many government bodies, law enforcement agencies and the corporate sector on many diverse issues with specific focus on improvised weaponry and personal protection from violent and aggressive behaviour in the work place to dealing with armed terrorists.

Neil is internationally recognised as a tutor of modern close protection systems he is also an acknowledged authority on surreptitious weapons, weaponry concealment and methods of attack this is entwined with a search education programme and experience of 25 years for the corporate, private and public sectors.

Bob comes from a Military and Home Office background and has been an Instructor since 1992. His experience started when he began teaching for the Home Office. After an exemplary career in the British Army which combined operational and peacekeeping missions Bob became a manager with the Home Office where he commanded and trained tactical response teams from all over the United Kingdom, whilst serving in this post he received several highly noted commendations. Bob is a qualified A74 NHS instructor which involves physical restraint and methods of de-escalation within the NHS this has been entwined as a National consultant to the National Health Service, Health and Social Care agencies and the Immigration service for many years.

Bob is a Co founder of Elite Academy of Security Training& Elite Bodyguard Limited he has compiled courses for the UK Government, Private and International clients and has appeared both on U.K and U.S.A. television on presentations featuring physical intervention training. His acquired skills have also seen him employed as a security consultant for a large Local Authority and a Major Global Cruise line company.

Recently Bob has lectured and taught at colleges delivering many courses where his knowledge and expertise has seen students go onto careers of their chosen services and achieve some of the highest grades in the country.

Bob co-wrote the SIA complaint course for a National Awarding Body; Bob is also an external verifier on Security and part of the "Bridging the Gap" project and is currently responsible for the training of staff for the 2012 Olympic Games.

Ben comes from a Military background and has been a tutor since 2009. His experience stems from live based work in the field and the training of the military in protection, driving and Conflict resolution. Ben has also taught young learners wishing to enter the Armed Services for five years as well as operational duties in the Gulf.
Ben is one of a few Instructors to have conducted training to Members of the British forces on an official capacity. Ben has had an opportunity to work with trainers from many different countries with regards to Conflict Tactics, Improvised Weapons, Close Protection, Tactical Firearm Training, and alternative methods of Conflict Management.
 Since leaving the forces Ben has equipped himself with a vast array of qualifications to carry out a variety of extensive training programmes linked to the Security Industry and Education Sector, of which he has taught with great passion and  professionalism he has built up a good rapport with those that he teaches from young learners through to adult learners.

Amongst Lee's previous experiences, he has been Operations Director for a hugely successful National events and Leisure Company, where he has helped develop this into becoming a first class operation and market leader. Lee has also managed security at both National and International televised sporting and concert events including; Michael Jackson, Metallica, Deaf Leopard, Prince and Brian Adams to name but a few. Lee has operational field experience in Close Protection for VIP's, Celebrities and Executives.
 His extensive knowledge of Commercial Business and the Security Industry helps Elite to position themselves amongst the top of the Industry Providers in the country.

Phil James

PJ has just finished serving in the police after 14 years service; he has a wealth of knowledge and experience in security and law enforcement. He has worked on many specialist units including the covert operations group (SO10), the covert operations group is the controlling branch for all undercovert operations conducted throughout London. He is an advanced driver trained to the highest standard and his driving skills have been recognised throughout his career. PJ has a wealth of experience of which he offers to Elite Academy of Security Training the private and corporate sectors.

JOHN ABRAHAMS
Consultant Trainer for Elite Academy of Security Training

John comes from a Military and Police background and has been an Instructor since 1990. His experience started when he began teaching new recruits. John has also been teaching the use of firearms for ten years. John is one of a few Instructors to have conducted training to many of the third world Police Services and Law Enforcement agencies in the USA on an official capacity. John has had an opportunity to work with trainers from many different countries with regards to Defensive Tactics including Survival Training, Edge / Improvised Weapons, Close Protection, and Tactical Firearm Training. John continues to strive forwards and provide Elite academy with his wealth of experience.

Tony served 16 years with the British Army, his last 10 years serving with the Special Air Service. Tony has a wealth of experience in the Close Protection Industry both live and in training, Tony plays an important part in the Elite Academy of Security Training & Protection Services training programmes, Tony over see's the VIP protection services for Elite Academy of Security Training & Protection Services and has a good relationship with class A Celebrities and football players in the capital.

Consultant Trainer for Elite Academy of Security Training

David was a Royal Navy NCO for 10 years and has Operational experience in conflict and peacetime military operations. Since leaving the military he has spent 7 years working for survival training schools. David is responsible for the survival training programmes as well as many of corporate training programmes. David is now a University lecturer specialising in Event Security, and is also involved in teaching young students The Duke of Edinburgh award Scheme.

STEVE BISHOP

Steve comes from a Police and Military background and has been a tutor since 1985. His experience stems from live based work in the field and the training of Constabulary's in protection, driving and Conflict resolution. Steve has also been teaching the use of firearms for eight years as well as the use of Tazar. Steve is one of a few Instructors to have conducted training to Members of the Royal Fire Arms unit in an official capacity. Steve has had an opportunity to work with trainers from many different countries with regards to Defensive Driving Tactics, Improvised Weapons, Close Protection, and Tactical Firearm Training. Steve now teaches for Elite Academy of Security Training and is responsible for the VIP training courses.

Geoff served with the British Army as a Commissioned Officer for nine years, before taking up a position with the Home Office as a senior advisor to the Ministry. His roll included anti terrorism investigations in the mainland U.K and Europe in the fight against terrorist offences being committed against U.K Nationals. Geoff plays an important role with the Elite Academy training team and currently teaches a wide variety of the Elite programmes that it offers, Geoff brings with him a wealth of experience that can now be offered to the corporate and private sectors.

SUE WARNES

Sue comes from a Police background and has been a police tutor since 2002. Sue has had worked with a variety of trainers from many different countries with regards to Defensive Tactics including Close Protection, and the Use of Force. Sue was responsible for many training programmes within her own Police Constabulary. Since leaving the force Sue has been involved with Elite Academy of Security Training and provides a wealth of experience to many of the Elite Academy of Security Training & Protection Services courses and protocols.
